This policy explains what data PremiumAV Private Limited collects and how we use it.
Account & order details you provide (name, email, phone, country) to deliver your licence and support. Activation data needed for licensing (a device identifier, app version, IP address and approximate region) to enforce your licence and prevent abuse. Optional, with your consent: anonymous threat samples and usage statistics to improve detection.
To deliver and activate your licence, provide updates and support, process payments, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for India; our international gateway for other countries). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment, email, hosting), under confidentiality, and where required by law.
We protect data with encryption in transit and access controls, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, and may opt out of optional data sharing in the app settings. Contact support@premiumav.in.
