PremiumAV Total Security is a digital product delivered electronically.
If the Software does not work on your system and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the licence has not been abused.
Email support@premiumav.in with your order ID and the issue. Our team will try to fix the problem first; if we can't, we'll process an eligible refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, via the same gateway used at checkout.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew. You can stop using the product at any time; an active licence runs until its expiry date.
Requests made after the refund window, or where the licence/key has been shared or abused, may not be eligible.
