These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of PremiumAV Total Security ("the Software") and the website premiumav.in, operated by PremiumAV Private Limited ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
On payment, you receive a licence to install and use the Software on the number of devices stated in your plan, for the licence period (1 year unless otherwise stated). The licence is personal and non-transferable except via the device-swap feature within your own devices. Ownership of the Software remains with us.
The Software activates online and is bound to your device. You may move your licence between your own devices using the activation/device-swap feature. Using a single licence beyond the permitted number of active devices, or sharing keys, is not allowed and may result in the key being blocked.
An active licence includes virus-definition and program updates during the licence period. After expiry, protection may continue with the last installed definitions but updates will stop until you renew.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or tamper with the Software or its licensing, except where such rights cannot be restricted by law.
No security product can guarantee protection against every threat. The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
